Francesca Della Valle (MSc Marine Vertebrate Ecology and Conservation)
Zoology graduate with experience as a research assistant in the Moray Firth, Scotland, monitoring cetacean movements and behaviours. Interested in broadening my knowledge on a wider range of taxa and the various conservation and mitigation strategies we can use to protect them.

Robert Cooke (MSc Conservation & Biodiversity)
I’m an animal biology and conservation graduate with broad interests in British ecology and a particular fondness for woodlands. I’m currently focusing on reintroductions, the wider rewilding notion and management of invasive non-native species. Experience as a reserves officer and a warden influenced these interests.
Current Research – Effects of beaver induced habitat change on pollinator networks.

Ellie MacDonald (MSc Conservation and Biodiversity)
Physical Geography graduate with a love for the natural world.
My interests include climate change and its impacts on ecosystems and species, and more specifically, analysing properties of ecosystems (e.g. carbon storage potential) with a view to helping mitigate rising atmospheric CO2 and promote overall ecosystem health.
I also love spending my free time outdoors, whether it be swimming in the sea or hiking up a mountain, and I am passionate about protecting the natural environment so that everyone can enjoy it for many years to come.
Current research: Exploring links between food chain stability and seagrass health in Cornwall- (carbon sequestration, invertebrate grazers, and epiphytic growth)
